We get asked a lot of questions about our programmes so we’ve done our best to compile outr most frequently asked onto this page. However if you can’t find an answer to your query please do not hesitate to get in touch below.
We have 2 academies in Surrey, Epsom and Cobham. Epsom is located in the Rainbow Leisure Centre and Cobham is our own premises behind cobham high-street situated behind the lemon tree.Members can use both.
We take children from 5 years old. We have a HD Dragons programme for 5-6 year olds. This then leads on to our children's programme for 7-9 year olds
No there is very few things you can do to simulate this work out. We will work to your pace and build you up so you need not of worked out a day in your life we will help you progress.
For your first class wear loose fitting clothing comfortable clothing, something you might wear leisurely that you don't mind getting sweaty. Please bring a bottle of water.

Highly recommend Hands Down Academy, my son started with them at the age of 5 in HD Dragons and moved up the stages all the way up. The support and friendly team spirit is one of the best things here.
