Hands Down is a family run martial arts club in Surrey set up by brothers Michael and Kalon Page, two high achieving martial arts pedigrees.
We offer elite training classes at our academies in Epsom and Cobham led by highly accredited and world champion coaches for students of all ages, abilities and training goals.

We offer 2 different pricing programmes depending on your budget, training goals and time commitment.
1 session per week
you don't have to stick to the same day. Full flexibility in booking sessions in your primary academy.
Great for beginners or if you’re just looking to improve fitness
Unlimited
Full access to set classes across both locations. 20 hours of training available per month. Subject to age group.
