HANDS DOWN INTER-CLUB
The tournament that encourages the sport, giving people the opportunity to have more competitive experience
We use a round-robin system which means you have to compete against everyone in your category giving you points in accordance to the out come of your fight. We add up the points to calculate who have placed 3rd, 2nd or 1st. Giving competitors matt time regardless of the outcome of their fights.
At the end of each event we add up the teams overall points based on how many of their students win 1st 2nd or 3rd.
Martial gymnastics has always been a big part of the freestyle martial arts world however over the last few years it has been getting dropped by national events and not supported very well by clubs. We are trying to revive what is a very skilful art and give it back a permanent place amongst the competitive fighting.
