Our Mixed Adults classes are energised, fun and designed to give you a full effective workout. The class will also teach you vital Self Defence skills. We will be taking you through the Belt Syllabus with a grading taking place every quarter. From the complete beginner to the advanced student we have professional full time instructors to cater for your every need. Our high quality classes will get you fit and keep you fit, aid weight loss, improve confidence and self-esteem with the added bonus of giving you self-defence skills, opportunities to train in a sociable environment, make friends and meet like-minded people.
Worried about taking that first step into our Adults classes?
We often find that people are worried about the level they start at and feel the need to get fit before coming to see us. Our response to that is there is really no need our kick- fit adults classes are designed to suit everyone. HD instructors will always advise you to do what you can as this will improve with time so you do not need to feel conscious of your fitness level. Our members were all beginners once and are very understanding and supportive of those who are just starting.
